Winter Shipping Policy:
Please be aware when shipping during months of the year when there is freezing weather.
IF POWERTEX LIQUID FREEZES, IT WILL RUIN.
It is your responsibility to decide when is best to place an order based on your local weather predictions.
Shipping times and arrival times are dependent on the USPS. Thank you.
Please track your shipment and make sure not to let your package sit outside where there is a risk of freezing.
We only ship to the continental US. Shipped and insured via USPS calculated by weight and zip code. Should the shipping calculator overestimate your cost, the difference will be refunded to you via your selected payment method. We always ship the most economical Priority Mail rate possible. If your items can be shipped for less, a refund of the difference will be issued as stated above.
If you have questions about shipping, if you are purchasing from Hawaii or Alaska, please contact me first before purchasing so I can properly estimate you shipping cost.
We ship from our facility within 2 - 5 business days of receiving the order. Items are shipped insured via USPS Priority mail.
Items Damaged During Shipment:
Should a package become damaged during shipment:
IMPORTANT: DO NOT THROW AWAY ANY OF THE OUTER BOX, PACKING, LABELS OR ANY OTHER PARTS OF THE PACKAGE.
Keep all your packaging, including the outer box, packing material, etc until the claim is completed. This can take up to 45 days.
Arrangements will be made for replacing the damaged items as soon as we are notified (see next section for instructions). USPS will request that you bring the complete package and materials to your local US Post Office to to be inspect by a postal employee to ensure the item was adequately packed and process the claim. Failure to retain the damaged property can affect the final settlement of the claim.
Immediately notify me by phone or email.
Please include clear pictures of the outer packaging which shows the entire shipping label. This must include your shipping address, our return address, tracking number, cost of shipping and top of label showing that the package/packages were sent insured.
Once the pictures have been received and reviewed, we will file a claim with USPS and replacement items will be shipped back to you. Thank you.
Returns will only be accepted on unopened, unused items. The buyer is responsible for all return insurance and shipping costs. We must be notified by email or phone of the intended return with 72 hour of receipt of the items based on USPS tracking delivery date. Once we have been notified, the items must be returned within 7 days. In order to receive credit for your items we require the USPS tracking number and shipping information be emailed to us in order for us to track the package. Once the items have been received and approved, we will notify you of the refund given through the payment method used at the time of purchase.
