Shipping Precautions During Cold Weather:

Please be aware when shipping during months that Powertex products may not withstand freezing temperatures. It's essential to monitor your delivery closely to prevent your package from being left outside in cold weather. Shipping times and arrival times are dependent on the USPS. Please track your shipment and make sure not to let your package sit outside where there is a risk of freezing.

Shipping Policies:

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on weight, size, and destination zip code.  We use USPS Priority. We only ship to the continental US. If you have questions about shipping, if you are purchasing from Hawaii or Alaska, please contact me first before purchasing so I can properly estimate your shipping cost.

We ship from our facility within 2 - 4 business days of receiving the order. 

Order Tracking:

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email using the address provided during the order placement. This allows you to stay informed about the status of your delivery.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery:

We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address by the USPS. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. The order will be canceled and refunded if we cannot update the address. will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.

Items Damaged During Shipment: is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Keep all your packaging, including the outer box, packing material, etc until the claim is completed. This can take up to 45 days.
USPS will request that you bring the complete package and materials to your local US Post Office to be inspected by a postal employee to ensure the item was adequately packed and process the claim. Failure to retain the damaged property can affect the final settlement of the claim.

Arrangements will be made for replacing the damaged items as soon as we are notified. Notify us by phone or email as soon as the package is received. Please include clear pictures of the outer packaging which show the entire shipping label. This must include your shipping address, our return address, and tracking number.

Return Policy:

If you receive a product that does not meet your expectations or is unwanted, please reach out to us within 72 hours of tracking delivery date. We accept returns of unopened products only.

To receive credit for your items, the customer is responsible for paying to have the items shipped back to us once arrangements have been made. Once the items have been received at a refund will be issued for the purchase price excluding shipping cost via the payment method used at the time of purchase.
